A fantastic hotel, deserving of 5*! Clean rooms (fresh delivery of Kryniczanka water every day) and bathrooms, as well as the pool and spa area, are in excellent condition.
Family vacation
Very friendly and kind hotel staff. Delicious food in the restaurant. The bar is open late in the evening, which is not often the case in hotels. The pool and jacuzzi offer an interesting view of the city. The room also provides a great city panorama. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to the center. The option to use a covered parking lot is especially helpful in winter. The playroom for children is very spacious, well-equipped, clean, and tidy.

Great location, close to the city center, bars, and restaurants. Nice view of the city. Delicious, varied breakfasts. Fresh products. Pool, sauna area without any complaints, you can relax after a whole day. Spa treatments at the highest level. The entire reception staff is fully professional.
Very helpful staff. A perfect place to rest and relax thanks to access to the spa area and pool. Breakfast was very tasty. Hotel in a good location with a view of the city. I recommend it.
