Terms and conditions
Accommodation is offered on a day-to-day basis.
The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 12:00 noon the following day.
In the absence of a specified stay duration, it is presumed that the room is booked for a single night.
Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the initial period specified upon arrival must inform Reception by 10:00 AM on the day their booking expires.
The Hotel will accommodate requests to extend stays subject to availability.
Guests are not permitted to allow other people to use their room, even if their booking period has not yet ended.
Non-registered visitors may be hosted in the room between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to Guests who have seriously violated hotel rules during a previous stay.
Guests must present valid identification as requested by Reception staff. Failure to do so may result in the Hotel denying check-in without liability.
Minors are not permitted on the premises without adult supervision.
Room keys/cards are issued at Reception upon presentation of the stay card, which serves as proof of registration at the Hotel.
The Hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standards. Guests are encouraged to report any concerns regarding service quality to Reception as soon as possible to enable prompt resolution.
The Hotel is committed to providing: • Conditions for Guests to enjoy a comfortable and undisturbed stay; • Security, including safeguarding the confidentiality of Guest information; • Professional and courteous service across all areas of operation; • Room cleaning and necessary repairs during the Guest’s absence, or, only upon request, during their presence; • Technically efficient facilities, and in the event of faults that cannot be fixed, the Hotel will make every effort to offer alternative solutions, such as a room change or other means to mitigate inconvenience, subject to availability.
Upon request, the Hotel offers the following complimentary services: • Providing information related to the stay and travel arrangements; • Wake-up calls at a specified time; • Luggage storage; however, the Hotel may refuse to store items outside the Guest’s stay period or items that do not qualify as personal luggage.
The Hotel is not liable for the loss or damage of items brought by Guests, as governed by the Civil Code.
Guests must report any damage or loss to Reception immediately after discovering it.
Personal belongings left in a room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address provided by the Guest. If no instructions are given, the Hotel will store such items for six months.
The Hotel is only liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value if these have been deposited at Reception.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept items of high value, large sums of money, hazardous items, or overd objects that cannot be accommodated in the deposit.
Quiet hours are observed in the hotel rooms from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Guests and visitors must behave in a way that does not disturb the stay of others. The Hotel reserves the right to discontinue services to individuals who violate this rule.
Guests must ensure their room doors are properly locked each time they leave the room.
The Guest is materially responsible for any kind of damage or destruction of furnishings and technical equipment in the Hotel caused by their fault or the fault of their visitors.
For fire safety reasons, the use of personal heaters, irons, and other electrical devices not provided by the Hotel is prohibited in hotel rooms.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the Hotel.
For safety and security reasons, the Hotel operates surveillance systems.
During their stay, the Guest has the right to use the monitored, but unsecured, hotel parking facilities, subject to the availability of parking spaces.
Payments for catering, recreational services, and additional services, including charges for outgoing calls, must be settled upon check-out.
