“In our facility, we care about the safety of children.
Therefore, upon check-in, we will ask you to present identity documents and provide personal data of the children who will be staying with you. In addition, we will require proof of the degree of relationship or another connection with the adult person accompanying the child in our facility.

Our Guests can use the SPA Area free of charge, without restrictions.
In the area, you will find: a swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna complex, which includes two dry saunas (cedar and pine), a steam bath with aromatherapy, and a relaxation room.

As part of additional services, we encourage you to take advantage of the hotel's Meriggirare SPA. A wide range of services helps to achieve comfort and luxury. Hotel Krynica is a child-friendly hotel, multiple times awarded with the highest ratings in the nationwide certification program of hotel facilities "Family-Friendly Hotel".

We offer our youngest Guests free access to games: foosball, table tennis, and the hotel "Board Game Corner" (over 40 board games available for rent).

Important information

• The stay starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
• Children up to 3 years old (who have turned 3 at the latest on the day the stay begins) – with meals, without a separate sleeping place, accommodation on parents' bed – free of charge.
• Children up to 12 years old (who have turned 12 at the latest on the day the stay begins) – accommodation on a fold-out bed/sofa/couch.
• The establishment requires a deposit of 30% of the reservation value.
• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• A tourist tax is additionally payable – 6.20 PLN/person/day.
• Parking is additionally payable – 40 PLN/day/1 parking space.
• Not utilizing any element of the package does not reduce its value.
• Possibility to arrive with a pet (Dog/Cat) – 100 PLN/day.
• The offer does not apply during the Easter holidays from 17.04-21.04.2025, 01.05-04.05.2025, 19.06-22.06.2025.
• Some public spaces may be unavailable due to modernization work.
